I didn't have an upgrade, and was on my 4th Galaxy Nexus, they offered to upgrade me to the S III for free within my Warranty. Told them it wasn't good enough, that I was going to leave, etc. They ended up giving me the Note 2 for upgrade price $299 without having a upgrade, changing my plan, or taking away my unlimited data. Walked outta there paying roughly $340 for the phone, case, and screen protectors. Hell of a lot better than paying $700+... And also, Note 2 FTMFW! TRTC360 Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 only thing I kinda like about t-mobile is you can upgrade whenever but you pay full price for the phones, pay the regular 200 up front, 100 dollar mail in rebate and then the rest of the value of the phone is added to your plan and devided into 24 monthly payments, like my uncle is paying iirc 20 dollars a month for his galaxy s3, he can get an upgrade whenever as long as the other phone has been paid off.
