Recommended Posts

take flat bar stock.

drill hole

tap it or nut and bolt it.

amusing, but not quite what i was looking for.

i was hoping for an explanation for someone that knows nothing about them besides what they look like.

nate basically laid out the entire process for you. there isn't much more to be said lol.

Shit all you need to know is what they look like.

If you can't figure it out from there I'd be worried :P

Then it's just a case of polishing and making pretty.

i shook this one kids hand and it just folded in mine. long story short i fucked his girlfriendso.. yeah..

coming from someone whos done it no its not. you're making it harder than it needs to be. All you need to know is how far apart to drill the holes.

Wow I think n8 laid it out pretty damn simple. If you can figure out something very basic by just looking at it, then pay someone else to do it.

Here would you like numbered steps?

1) put all of your batteries in a line with all + on the same side and same for -.

2) cut piece of flat stock to full length of batteries

3) measure and mark holes for battery terminals

4) drill holes for battery terminals

5) drill as many holes as you need for wire connections

6) tap holes from step 5

7) install buss bars

8) holy crap that was really hard, I never could have figure that one out on my own!

Have you thought about getting a drill press vise? They work nice for clamping and holding pieces while youre drilling.
