knubs Posted March 20, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 20, 2013 thanks everyone!! it's only been 3 years since i lost my hand and i've never taken on a project like this even with 2 hands! i've never done any wood working and just tried to figure everything out myself. this was one of the most frustrating things i've done and it took me a LOT longer to do all this than i expected, but i love it. i use to play the saxophone and was pretty damn good, but now that i have one hand and can't play anymore i had to find a new way to appreciate music. this is it! i learned a lot doing this and i plan on redoing a couple things. also i am going to carpet the entire trunk. i really want to make this look as good as it sounds. I don't know that I could/would have done some of what you've done here and I have both hands... well... I probably could... but some of it I wouldn't have thought to do and a large bit of it isn't easy to do even with both hands... lol and I love your solution to the wrench Thanks I was pretty excited about the alt myself. kind of like a school girl, in a dress, on a swing. lol It's warming up enough that the donut-punching cyclist douchenozzles are getting their two wheeled fagmobiles out.
