Swordlordboy1234 Posted March 27, 2013 Report Posted March 27, 2013 Since electricity automatically takes the path of least resistance, would it HURT performance to run a ground wire front to back and to ground it to the frame in the trunk? It's grounded to the frame in the trunk right now I'm just not sure if I would gain anything by grounding it via direct wire to the hood. Is if I just add a run of ground it may or may not HELP, but it can't HURT anything besides the wallet... Correct? I'm only gonna run about 1800w RMS total with the system I have in the work, I don't think that I'm going to worry about running a ground.
