Screw holes...shit I would have just used a little glue/sawdust to fill them. It looks great hough man...I have a feeling once its playing the bow in the roof will not be the only thing flexxing/breaking. SPanks bro... (oh.. have you seen Ren's DC build ? I really wanna say its a 6th order, i was there when Rusty was mid way into building it.. effing sick) Maybe you could ask him, or Rusty, or around? Those 6th bro.. tricky tricky.... But, done right (like anything) you may never go back to anything "normal". And thanks dude.. i have some canyons i wanna fill. Let me get my baffle(s) on. About a year ago I took 2 12" power acoustic mofos and made one sub. I took the magnet and the motor off of one and j b welded it to the other motor and magnet. I had to wind my own voice coil so it would work. After I was done hooked up to 2 boss 5000w amps. And shattered my back and all my side windows came to this thread to recommend soundqubed and ct sounds. OP goes with soundstream. oh lawd.

Yep.. i went there... Anyway.. i got a great BACK wall, im happy.. pulled it back out....and went on the front... Was told by the BIG DOGS about rounding/flaring the back of the back baffle, and the front of the front (of 3). Will help score and add a few 10ths. FUck for the light weight work, if it works or not... Im in. (especially from the 4 guys that said so) You know who you are... Specially spanks to 2 members on here... This is the INNER most baffle. The MAG side, i guess you could call it...... Anyway,,.. my MOST less agressive round over. Shows how much, or lil work the tool is doing. Did the port also...... and i may even flare it more..
