tacomaguy1 Posted August 28, 2013 Report Posted August 28, 2013 Lol....ok maybe 15. Hardest part iis getting the belt around the big pulley on the bottom coming off the engine. After that get it around everything else leaving the alt and the idler pulley to the right of it. Put it around the alt, the idler pulley being smooth with no lip lets you slide it onto it with a little persuasion Team Flex Issues

It has been upper 90's low 100's here for weeks. Yesterday, i did the belt swap, and we had rain, and hot it was at 14.0. So, i dunno if it was the weather, or the belt swap, or both. ?????? But,.. it went from sqweelin at start up, then stopping after a while, to just a constant sqweel, and then, the belt swap. Belt im using now, is almost a entire inch smaller.......fought it, but, its on.........whew.... well....... what was the plan? EAZZZZZZZY Mario...
