Kyblack76
Ok... before i go for a spin.... i had to work on the turd a bit......... I did NOT care for where the charger was. Well, not so much the charger, but the plug. I saw Billiam do one, in the gas tank cap. Sooooooooooooooo i tried that, and his looked MUCH gooder... but, its gonna be fine. (still lost on if the display needs to be in my face or not... atm i dont really care for it being always in my face) Got some nice eyelets, and some heat shrink. Put the leads on my "middle distro block". This is hooked up, fused to my rear bank. Took the charger "base" from the one passenger side, and moved it to the rear baffle. Also moved the COCK BOX and cleaned it up a lil.... The goal, was to get the plug poopin through the gas lid. (yes , i stole this from KINGSUV) Gazzzzzing.... Got some nice eyelets, that fit... and slapped it on my mid block. Some protection. Now where to put the display...... ?????????? Thoughts? Again, i do NOT think i need to see it all the time........ hmmmmmmmmm SMD SUPER SELLER The Burban Build Blazer Build sold Acura trunk build sold

Wood
Here is a question to attempt to stand out enough from all the others. If there is any one thing you would have done differently the first time, instead of messing up or having to rebuild it to your liking.... What would it be. Id had not believed in others.I would have stayed MY course......... I'm sure we all have made mistakes in our audio endeavors. I can think of a few. I was looking more for like a 20/20 looking back. Like, talking about your wall shell, your seal off, deadening, electrical. Maybe examples of mine would help clarify. When I ran CCA on my first couple rebuilds. When I grounded to my rear deck (LUL) Tenney alternator - need a say more Getting rid of my first BHE box Foaming my trunk lid shut (wouldn't open) Rear firing trunk build. Kinda like stuff like that. Assuming your happy with your current direction, I'm asking what are some examples of things that led you astray. I wouldn't call rear firing a mistake lol c'mon Jeff.... 2011 Nissan Altima aka Red Ruby HEADUNIT: Pioneer AVH X2700BS ELECTRICAL: -Singer 230a -Northstar gr34 -(2) Northstar SMS220 w/ Custom Terminals from 12V Metalworkz -100% Welding Cable FRONT STAGE:-(2 Sets) Hertz HSK165 -Hertz HSK130 -Ampere Audio 125.4 SUB STAGE: -(3) Sundown Audio SA REV2 12's -Ampere Audio 3800.1 V2 MISC (NON AUDIO RELATED): -Interior & Exterior Lights LED -Gloss Black Roof (PAINTED) -15% Front, 5% Rear Tint -Roof Spoiler -20" TSW Snettertons (20x8.5 front, 20x10 rear) -Custom Projector Retrofit (FX-R 3.0, 6.5k HID, Morimoto Mini H1 (faux projector), Quad Starry Night Halos) ----- COMING SOON!! -Aftermarket Fog Lights -Custom Painted Engine Covers My Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/169869-woods-2011-altima-aka-red-ruby-new-video-more-updates/page-109 Retrofit Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/185787-hid-projector-retrofitting-diy-by-wood/#entry2765346

Kyblack76
I have not been out since me and Brandon went out. (im still shocked we not get a vid of any kind..lol) That said, ive had charging issues with the vcm. The damn thing will just go 9.0v (means no sense wire hooked up) at any given time. So i re did it, and took it to battery from the alt the vcm is in charge of. Anyway, my goal is to see if the damn VCM works legit. But, i wanna see if i can move this towel. I owe KyleR. Hes a cool mother fucker. Sent me that and some other goodies, just cuz hes a bad ass. Anyway.............. My hope is i see charge from both alts (i havent lately) and maybe move the towel with both down,........ Float id be surprised. Anyone in? EDIT- oh, spite the charger stuff i showed above... Im even missing my jump drive. Well see, Again, most important to me? is seeing better voltage than you and I saw. Thats the worst voltage drop at the rear ive ever had. Something was/iswrong. Lets see what happens here.... will be hard to add the others the way my ELEC is running SMD SUPER SELLER The Burban Build Blazer Build sold Acura trunk build sold
yurvalentine
Yeah that voltage drop was BAD. I was watching that screen thinking there's no way that's right. And another drive gone? Man we need to get you a bigger lanyard or something.
