Why would that be dumb? Law enforcement would just use their walkie-talkies to communicate with each other. I'm talking martial law. Cut off cellphone service and jam connections to the outside world and a small town could isolated from the rest of the U.S./World for a short time and the govt could do as they please to cover something up. It's obvious the government can't be trusted and will do what they want to control our lives unless we all revolt as one nation but too many are trusting until its too late.

BART, subway system, here in the Bay Area actually shut down cell phone service at 4 stations in SF due to planned protests back in 2011.

The doctors, police, fireman are real, victims and witnesses are real. Thats why theyre are eye witnesses stating they were being told before the bombs went off that they need to stay calm its only a drill. Not just joe blows but reputable college trainers and the like. Ive watched the boston marathon before and never seen the precautionary security like this one going on.

I'm reading up more on this whole "drill" thing at the marathon, what I could guess is that they actually did have a tip that something may happen but weren't solid on it so just told ppl "hey its a drill" so ppl wouldn't go into a panic and also why they denied knowing anything b/c then the public would be like "you knew and let the race continue?!" which does make complete sense honestly.....or they let it happen to create a false flag event without doing it themselves.
