Jay L.
I can set it at 200°, or 400°, and the temp doesnt budge till it runs out of charcoal. It takes about 45 min. to get to 250°, and there is only 3° temp diff. between the top rack and bottom rack. When I say the temp doesnt budge, I mean it doesnt change 2° for 20 plus hours. A good cleaning, a hot burn for 20 hours at 375°, then a coating of vegetable oil, this is the inside...

Jay L.
All finished, the thing in the middle is for utensils or whatever. Its a fire extinguisher cabinet. I got 4 18" stainless grab bars, like in a bathroom, mounted to the sides. They make it nice to help push around and tie down to the trailer. If you look close at the bottom of the doors, you'll see the burning bed of skulls.

RCP Audio
brooo that thing is wicked cool!! PSN: Rcp_soundz Good rule of thump is go by what fuse size is being used in these amps. The higher the more amperage it pulls, this is what I look at. I'll stick a 300 amp fuse in a potato and sell it to you for $2k. 1991 Mazda 323VERY small build thread here: http://www.stevemead...23-small-build/
RMac18
Awesome work. I've always wanted to build a smoker. Granted a much smaller one, but just something to be able to smoke some decent meals in.
