I almost talked my boss into buying that hummer. I'm glad I talked him out of it. That thing was a disaster....... Lookin forward to this rebuild. Looks like its gonna be crazy.....

OK - lets just lay down some more pics.....

I'm doing 100% frame grounding on this so overkill is where it's at. looks like 10 grounds from the buss bars along with a couple others from the 12v side of things in the back.

Cool trick - if you have a large jagged cut-out that you need to run wires through - just take some vacuum line and slit it down the middle. a little silicone and it is a perfect barrier between those wires and the sharp metal.

ground this beefy crossmember down and welded a nice 1/4" slab of steel to it. Drilled, tapped, painted, sweeeeet. It always feels good when you can run your grounds in with an impact....
