skyhigh 2/0 is insane

The cca is really cheap also. Just an FYI

But CCA sucks :D

Anyone know how many amps they are rated for? Both ofc and cca

Depends on how long the wire is and how much voltage drop is acceptable to you

Everyone says cca sucks then they get in my truck for a 3 song demo and watch my voltage go up not down and they don't say anything haha but I agree ofc is better.

Everyone that wants prices go on their ebay store or message them on face book. The cca is 2.99 a foot and I'm going to check on the ofc but I believe it's around 4.50 a foot.

Wonder when he'll get 1/0 gauge back in. I wonder if he'll add some jacket colors...like green?

Please?

1/0 is back in stock! It's the new oversize stuff also. I think he only has red blue and black right now though.

I guess I should clarify. I see no point in using CCA. It works, yes. But you need more runs to accomplish the same thing. By the time you factor in the extra effort to make more runs cost of terminals, solder, fuses, grommets. Whatever. Your cost performance ratio ends up being about the same as OFC anyway. So why not save the effort and use that from the beginning.

It's not that it sucks. It's that I don't see why it is worth using :)

Hmm, I was on the eBay store this morning and only saw the 2/0 but maybe I'll look again. He does have the red, black, and blue. But I really want black and green to match the paint job ;)

I like CCA. You don't really need two runs to equal one run if OFC and think it's just more of a personal preference. Maybe I'll wire with OFC and then meter and measure and then run CCA and meter and measure afterwards. I've used both and installed both. The performance for the price is pretty crazy. Especially when you need like 400'. I mean, you're talking about $300 to $1,100. Huge difference.

Good stuff..

And to each their own.. Ill only run OFC. Even for my speaker/driver wire.

Dont matter, either way, this wire is fantastic.. for what ever your looking for.

I saw tool maker making some gear for 2/0. Thats what held be from using it. My entire build is set, bought, prep'd for 1/0. Even the FtR runs.

So, i stayed. But, that stuff, is no joke, held it in my hands 2 weeks ago. And, its surprisingly workable. Yet, still tuff as nails.

Good shit. for sure.....

Mind you I've almost ALWAYS used OFC in all my builds until recently. I'm surprised at how well the CCA does. I know it's not as good as OFC but it seems to be working and working well. If I was limited on space and runs I'd definitely use OFC, but you know.

Agree.. im not gonna start "that pissing" match.... for sure bro. Used my fair share of CCA.

But,.. i also like what i like.... no disrespect, no hate.

Carry on....

My point was, that BOTH SHCA carries are worth it..... for SHOOOOOOOWWWW..
