brocc Posted October 31, 2013 Author Report Share Posted October 31, 2013 Yo Benjo what you got planned for the Expo now? What up bruh? I got a few plans in the works. First off, I got to figure out which subs to go with. Trying to decide whether to go with Obsidian 18s or FI BL18s. I'm mostly looking at my budget, both subs have great reviews. I'm going to add another BAMF 5500 amp, roughly 2000-2500 watts each per sub. I'll be using 0 to 4 gauge reducers to get more juice directly to the amps. I don't have the room for a lot of batteries, so I'll be running 2 50 farad caps and a XS D6500. My crossover is over 10 years old, so it will get replaced by the Clarion MCD360. I'm also replacing all wiring and adding an extra run of 1/0 from the hood. I'll be building a more solid enclosure with 2 8" round ports tuned to around 33Hz, and a lot more bracing, roughly 12 plus cu.ft. of net volume. I still want to keep my navigation and steering controls, so all signals will be running through the Audio Control LC2i. I'll probably be adding another set of MTX RTX65s to. I'll be selling my 3 Kicker CVX 15s for $300 if anyone is interested, still in outstanding condition. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
