Yates Posted May 30, 2013 Report Posted May 30, 2013 I feel your pain I too have had trouble with the mailing systems I bought a amp from a company it wasn't there fault anyway got the package here ting ting ting when I moved the box opened it up saw that the speaker terminals had been broken and pushed in and broke of a resistor as well and as it costs me like $160 US for shipping one way I figured it would be cheaper to give it to the local's and they did it for like $50 putting new terminals and replaced the resistors but its still the shippers fault it had fragile tape all around it idk these things just happen I guess its just real annoying.
AI James Posted May 30, 2013 Report Posted May 30, 2013 the main problem with a claim....they wont damage claim an electronic device unless it was packaged up to thier standards and the package HAS to be visibly damaged. They will not insure somethign that just electronically doesnt work.

I have had multiple subs dropped and the baskets broken and 1 amp literally looked like it was drug through puddles tied behind the truck. And why do you guys use Fed ex? Lol. I will say that they did deliver all 5 of my subs in one piece and only one box had a hole in it which I didn't let the driver leave till I checked it out.
