Nubcakeninja
hey guys so im building my first box and was wondering on what people do to get the wire from the subs to the amp? i see some people drill holes and run wire straight through but wouldnt air leak unless sealed with something? and ive also seen people use some other nuts and threaded rods? but i dont really know what things to buy for doing this. does conductivity matter for this like steel or something else? just wondering guys. thanks in advance 1995 Blazer lt 4dr 2 t1d412s 1 t2500.1bd 4 polk audio door speakers 2 dash speakers(coming soon) 1 amp to run my mids and highs(coming soon)

Camm.eng
Anything wrong with terminal cups? Cut a hole to fit it and then drill/glue it in place.
Amart88
Anything wrong with terminal cups? Cut a hole to fit it and then drill/glue it in place. The more connections you have, the more resistance you will get. Resistance is a bad thing. My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.

DTS909
Just drill holes a little smaller then the wire. Then use a file or the drill bit to make the holes bigger a little at a time until the wire fits nice and tight.
