Funny he can't make his own frame w/out engineer yet he's able to do everything else! I bet if he could find someone in his state to help him out with letting him build his own frame! True...wouldn't make sense to build it I guess! But the guys on that forum and he sounded like he'd rather have built it on his own frame but the state wouldn't let him...besides the heart of the beast was still the 5.8!
