I see a lot of the corner store owners from the hood I grew up in, shopping in the Sam's club I go to which is far away in the burbs where I live now and buy everything they stock their shelves with using an EBT card. They will even give you all your food stamp money in cash for a cut of it. They get reported all the time and nothing gets done about it 90% of the time.
