Fresh ground salt and pepper, 500-600 degree charcoal grill, ~1.5 minutes each side twice. I do a quarter rotation half way through to get nice cross lines. Time adjusted to thickness of cut.

But I agree "rules" are guidelines because a good chef, cook, grill master etc can make a bad steak good, but a shitty cook could take a 120 dollar dry aged ribeye and ruin the hell out of it.

Almost more work than it's worth locking down your car so the valet can't fuck with it.

It's no trouble at all in a hellcat,

You just hand them the valet key.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
