So im not really sure how this works out but they exempted tms school record but allowed zimmermans. If they allow one that can show behavior they have to show the other. I really dont like that one

There was no relivence to his school records vs this case. What they allowed was his records to show that he in fact went to school to be a police officer and made it relivent by the face that yet again he stated he had never heard of the stand your ground law when in fact he has and was one of the best students.

If Trayvon was on trial then yes but he is not. Zimmerman is. Grades has nothing to do with aggressive behavior nor would the high school classes that he took ( TM).

That's completely unfair. The character of the accused is relevant, but the character or the other accused isn't? I hope his attorney can get level playing field because this is plain wrong. Personal opinions are one thing but to be a court of law free of judgement, bias, and be an example of legal fairness. No one logically looking at this can honestly say it's right.

The only records they used for his school was the ones of which classes he took. I would have no issue if the defense wanted to pull what classes TM took while he was in school.

Just throwing a thought out here for those of you saying "why did GZ get out of his car if he was scared?" "He said he was scared so why did he follow him?" like it somehow shows that GZ was lying or that he wasn't scared or was looking for a fight or something.

He probably WAS scared, but he is a grown ass man! If he is concerned for his neighbors or own family's safety seeing a random person walking through yards, he is still going to go check it out and make sure things are okay, EVEN if he is scared. I know I would.

I guess those just kinda seem like irrelevant points IMO
