bighossf150 Posted February 21, 2014 Author Report Posted February 21, 2014 new sub is ordered, d2 ampere aa 2.5 8", 4 layer 2.5" coil and 1000w rms, straight beast mode 8" still trying to decide on the amp. needing atleast 1k and a small foot print cause the ampere 125.4 is huge lmfao, still leaning towards an ab ph2500 or an ab vfl hybrid 2680. I'm hoping to get the hertz in and the doors deadened this weekend. I would get another ct500 and strap at 2 ohm but the blue lights on the amp got old quick and are annoying as shit at night. Nice truck btw, can't wait to see that sub! 1000rms for an 8?! Sick! Always loved how clean an 8 sounds, even ported! Funny how the people who have a louder system than you will usually give you a compliment about your setup because they know how much blood, sweat, time, and money you put into it. The people who criticize or try and one up you....have a p.o.s to no system at all and will tell you all about this "other" guys system! Saddley I'm sure if I meet this "other" guy...he will probably tell me he thinks your just as annoying as I think you are! I'm not compensating, just proud of fabricating!
