It seems almost a great amount of people talking about this case is saying/repeating "hear say" from the media (news networks).

Those same news networks that said trayvon was a "kid".

The same news network that kept showing photos of what looked like where taken when he was a 12 year old kid.

What photos where these major news networks showing of Zimmerman? His mugshots..

Rarely ever did I see them show the photos of Zimmerman with a broken nose, even after it was shown in the court case.

Its not illegal to follow someone, sure it maybe creepy or suspicious, but for that matter zimmerman could of thought something wasnt right too, but does it deserve a beating?

How about how the media claimed the 911 call was trayvon screaming help for his life?? When it was actually zimmerman that you could hear screaming as he was getting grounded and pounded..

Well, good god! I didn't know this crap was still going on. i thought this trial was over with a long time ago. lol It just reminds me why i don't pay any attention to the media. Its all garbage. I didn't with OJ, I didn't with 9/11, and I sure didn't with this trial either.

Its a truely waste of life to watch the garbage the spew on the news. Even worse is believing half of it.

to all the people who are pissed about the verdict and are mad at zimmerman, it think you are absolutely pathetic, zimmerman was found not guilty by 6 people who were WAY more informed than you, who have had all of the physical evidence shown to them directly, and have sat through hour and hours and hours of direct testimony from the witnesses themselves. these 6 people also had 16 hours of private discussion between themselves, asked for clarification on some points, and came back with a 100% unanimous decision. whether or not you like it, this is undeniable fact.

to sit back on a website and act like you somehow know something about this situation that no-one else knows only makes you look like a fool, which you are doing by claiming zimmerman guilty of a crime he is not guilty of. you take all of this pathetic garbage that is being churned out by the liberal news media and you believe it. if media propaganda had a dick alot of you guys would be suckin' on it balls deep right now.

He is mixed but he identifies himself as Hispanic, grew up speaking English & Spanish, only spoke English when his dad was at home. He wasn't Mexican, his mother is Peruvian.

Also, that Fla. mom went to the garage to get her gun, came back in and told him to leave then fired a warning shot into the ceiling. He called police and said he shot at him. If you don't take her side on that case you are sick, dude had a history of domestic violence against her.

Taht Florida mom tried to invoke stand your ground after she left the house went to the garage to get her gun and then came back. Since she had every possible means of leaving and avoiding the situation but came back and chose to continue once she was armed. She also let off 5 shots. not 1. she may have been a victim of domestic violence but there is alot of info out there on this one that if you actually look into it you will realize she painted herself into a corner and thats what happens. Its a fucked up situation but you cant start bending laws to make people innocent.

So you're telling me that if you, or say your kid, was walking back home and some guy thought he was suspicious and decided to follow him and confront him you wouldn't be angry enough to whoop his ass, then he shoots you (your kid) fatally b/c he was losing. You would be ok with him getting off completely scott-free b/c he was "defending" himself? He's a wannabe fucking cop. If you don't see the wrong in this situation then you are making this purely about race, yet you claim its not about race so you won't be banned.

Whats the wrong in the situation? Sure the situation is fucked again but yet you are making an assumption that zimmerman confronted him. BTW if it was my kid and someone was following him I'm sure he'd be taught to get the fuck out of dodge in a situation like that so hopefully this would never be an issue.

exactly, I dont understand the mentality its ok to attack people... even if zimmerman came up and said hey *Ni**er* that still wouldnt give trayvon the right to attack him, its called freedom of speech for a reason, just because some one does or says something you dont like does NOT give you the right to viciously attack them.

6'2 and 180~ lbs, is no little kid, that fucker is my weight and 2 1/2 taller than me.. if I was getting my head bashed into the concrete like zimmerman was, I would have killed him too if I had the chance...

Wow, you guys are funny! In the Alexander case that's not my idea of stand your ground by the fact she instigated the shooting by going to get the gun, even if she was trapped in the garage. In the Zimmerman case he had a broken nose because he started a fight with a child who could kick his ass. His logic was flawed, he knew there's a store a couple of blocks away, he sees someone walking with said store bag coming from that general direction, he calls it in to police, ehh but he's neighborhood watch fine. When police tell him to stop following subject they'll handle it, the stand your ground law went out the window, now the kid has all the rights to stand his ground regarding and aggressive Zimmerman, he is not law enforcement, a confrontation should never have happened. There was no concrete he smashing as they were in the grass, taking a loss in a fight to a kid my have hurt his pride, but that is no reason to shoot him. Zimmerman learned a lesson most of us learned at a early age you win some and lose some, neighborhood watch should never carry a gun, it's called neighborhood "Watch" the guys with guns are "Law Enforcement". Not guilty of murder I'm fine with as he didn't intend to murder the kid, however I'm not inclined to believe this kid just ran up on him, he would have pulled the gun from the get go. Stand your ground doesn't cover when you're the instigator of the violence, prosecutor's failed at their job, it's that simple.

so when he was told by the dispatcher to stay in his truck, he was already outside of it looking for trayvon, and then he was going back to the truck, and got jumped.. trayvon was already out of the situation, and brought himself back into it...

again, if some one is following you, its not against the law, its suspicious at most, not illegal.. even if some one comes up and asks you what you are doing, its not against the law...

zimmerman was attacked, from what the trial showed, and apparently there isnt sidewalks near grass?

trayvon was out of the situation, but told their key witness he had to go *deal with this creepy ass cracker* and put himself back into it, he was OUT of the situation, he could have walked home.. easily.. zimmerman couldnt see him any more, which is why he got out, dispatcher told him to stay in his truck, so he went back to it and got jumped..

so now the aggressor is now trayvon..

I dont get why the fuck this country thinks its ok to attack people, its ILLEGAL, no matter what your age is..

911 dispatchers are not police. They have no authority to tell you what to do. I bet these people wish they didnt listen to the dispatcher

you are assuming that the aggressor was GZ. There was no evidence to support that.

if he really wanted to end the situation he would have gotten within range and just shot him. That would be 2nd degree murder.

if you watched any of the trial the area that the altercation occurred in did have concrete around it.

I said this before. I carry all the time. With that being said, I didnt have an opinion on the case before the evidence came out. If he shot him in self defense score one for the good guy. If he shot him wiithout probable cause then he deserved to rot. Its an odd position but that was my stance. With the evidence presented, I sorta knew this was where it would end up. either that or a hung jury. The state did a really bad job of presenting a case. Either that or they really had no case to present and thats why it looked so bad.

From what I've seen this isnt over. Zimmerman is facing a civil suit from TRayvons parents. The NAACP is pleading for a doj investigation on the violation of Trayvon's civil rights. Which should be interesting at this poitn. If Zimmerman wasnt convicted of Murder does that mean that TRayvon would have been guilty of aggravated assault?
