Soccerballzs
Being a custom home speaker builder use a Mahogany or maple for speaker gives better sound. Watch the plywood's that are on the market there is a lot of voids in the layers. If the is a cabinet supply company buy your supplies through them. You can get 1 1/2 thick MDF,Veneered MDF,and plywood's also. The more ply's in the plywood the stronger it will be. Try to use 1 1/2 material. Any supply house that stock plastic laminate for cabinet use will have this. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/garage/vehicle/2438-jeep-commander/I Pioneer P99RSAmpere 38002-Ampere 125/44-6.5 inch Hertz HSK XL Mids4-8 inch JL Audio ZR Midwoofer 2-5.25 Satori Mids2-Morel Tweeters, 2 Hertz Milles 3 inch on A pillars2-Hertz Silk tweeters DC Audio Level 5/12 Skyhigh Wire Mechman 320 XS Power D3100MO Funniest Thread of the Year 2013: http://www.stevemead...dy-being-a-pos/

Nightshade
My biggest recommendation is to avoid Sundown. Jacobs a great guy until you need warranty help. I've never had my product break from Sundown and have owned 20 woofers and 9 amps from them. Your entitled to your own opinion but have no credible story posted as to why this is a problem. Personally I've had bullshit customer service from Rusty at DC but didn't feel that it was necessary to throw shit out there like you decided to. I don't care to elaborate on the issue because I have nothing against the company and never go around saying to people to avoid them. I don't tell people what products aren't good because I'd rather use my time to talk about those that are. 2013 VW Jetta GLI 2.0 Turbo 1 Sundown Audio SCV2000 1 Sundown Audio X15 V2 1 XS Power D3100 Audio Control LC6i Stock Deck 146.4 sealed on the dash at 37hz 2001 Focus ZX3: RETIRED Team Sundown Audio, Team XS Power, 2 time NSPL Car 3601-Up Champion, 2 time NSPL Car Hardcore ChampionHighest NSPL Scores to date:154.3db on the dash sealed at 46hz, 156.2db in the kick at 46hz155.2db unofficial on dash at 43hz
