ghostlyrich Posted July 29, 2013 Report Share Posted July 29, 2013 me and a bud are putting a project together "Mitsubishi challenger" and ordered alot of part and we were originally going to go with fi subs and then we were looking at dd and he ended up dropping the cash on a dc audio sub. Problem is he has been through a bunch of reps now just trying to figure out his order status and every time he gets to a new person they message back and forth and then they just quit messaging back. Just wonder what your guy's experience with dc is ? whats the average turn around time once they receive funds ? Cody and Jeff have some great customer service also when ive asked them for help and what not..
