The batteries supply the power.No alternator is fast enough to instantly supply current when a bass peak hits. It takes time to see the load and react to it. Bump4life Posted August 13, 2013 Author Report Share Posted August 13, 2013 Batteries is not my problem. Today it was 59 degrees in the morning. My voltage held 14.7 for a while. I bumped and only dropped to 13.9-14. I do not have a ground currently from alt case to frame. That is my problem. Yes another battery wouldn't hurt but my current problem is heat through engine grounds. I'm just gunna ground that alt to the frame and call it a day. Get vcm and be happy.
