Need help with final tuning, having issues...

check all fuses

maybe wires for pinched areas, worn areas, and bare

try checking ground and or redo the ground could be corrosion/dirt and make sure no paint is under it some people think they can "get away with it"

Tried those things, been fucking with this thing for nearly 12 hours now. About to give up. Have no extra HU and amp to try but hardly matters since I have 3 amps and multiple runs of RCA's i've already plugged all into each other to try and narrow it down.....

Ground loop isolator ? New head unit?

Try hooking an iphone or something similar to it. There's a headphone jack to rca cable you can use. First hook it up at the rca's behind the radio. If the issue is still there, it isn't the radio. But you need to take it completely out of the loop. Disconnect all rca's from the radio. (make sure you tape them so they don't ground out on anything) Then hook it up closer to the amps. Eliminate possibilities. You will have to jump the remote to power the amps up. I would start at my radio and work back to the amps. If you isolate everything and you still have problems at the amp, you will know where to look.

Ordered new HU all together, got something more mainstream, was a little iffy with the performance of the one I had. Pretty sure that is my problem with this whole thing after checking and isolating about everything else.

RCA's not pinched, all connections tight, swapped around all amps on different speakers and RCA's on all their settings, removed amps, checked all wires, shortened wires, re-installed amps, kept wires separate, checked ohms of subs through dmm or whatever, sound was still there whether DVD, CD, USB, FM, etc. etc.

I think the only piece of equipment left is the head unit. Even changed up the amps wiring to batts and eliminated 1 batt and some other misc. options. Getting feedback in ALL speakers no matter what. With DD-1 gain on amp all the way up without distortion reading for a 5v pre-out deck?

Fuck it, want this thing working properly. If HU doesn't fix it i will have RF gear for sale next week.

Did you figure it out yet? I can assure you it's not your RF gear,there's no way all those RF amps have issues like that. Just doesn't happen.

Nah, took everything out (minus the RCA's under carpet), including electrical under hood, haha. When I get new head unit I will re-install things and try to eliminate EVERY possibility of issues, thought i did that the first time but meh, guess not. Might take this opportunity to paint box a little darker also.
