Kyblack76
All, I'd like to raise my idle revs/RPMS to around 12hun. It's a 99 Chevy blazer. 4.3 vortec. It looks to be very simple. Is it? Thanks for all hell in advance. Kyle SMD SUPER SELLER The Burban Build Blazer Build sold Acura trunk build sold

Lbox88
1200 for all the time? What does it idle at now? UBL | Build Log
Keith77
No its not simple. Messing with computer controlled idle is not something you want to do. Edit: Setting idle that high will cause other shit to go wrong. Like for instance when you put the truck into gear it will hit hard which could cause transmission damage u-joints ect. The computer will see it running too high and try to make adjustments.. Will have a check engine light on all the time Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Kyblack76
Shit. Maybe like 900. Well, I was hopin the throttle body cable would let me adjust it while I'm at my show on the 7th. Hmmmmmm. Thought it would be a easy solution being a older cable type deal. Well shiz.
