moegej
I plan on running 2 sundown x-10's on a bc3500 at 1ohm. with the x-10's in a 3.5 cube box is a single 6" aero enough port area? i would really love to be able to run aero ports in this box. If that isnt enough port area what would be enough area? 06 v6 Mustangbig 3Mechman 270 Hybrid G2 interstate batteriesBC3500 wired at 12 Sundown x-10 D4's

arrhythmia jeep
normaly idd say 3.5net is on the small side but with 30mm xmas you should be fine idd be wanting more port so does that mean more x max = less need for port area ? im thinking about a 6'' areo port for a 15 with 12 mm x max in a 4.5 ft box at 28 hz but the torres calculator says ( port area ) is 5.03 per foot is that not enough for 700 rms 1997 zj jeep
kirill007
More Xmax= more port area generally. A single 6 inch aeroport is a bit on the small side, 3 4 inch aeroports would be ideal. 95neon_thumper82
I run a 6 inch precision port for two tens it's pretty much perfect for this and I have an inch of xmax peak to peak so I would say probably not. <img src=http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/w610/beastly666bassboy/IMG_9611192581855_zps9b9b76be.jpg border=0 alt= height="75" width="800"> Growing old is necessary... growing up is an option!
