MACnonsence6 Posted September 28, 2013 Report Share Posted September 28, 2013 whats a good 6k ish that does rated been looking at the sundown 6500 but that only makes power at 14 and with the fuse rating being 650 i wonder what it would clamp at. looking for an amp similar in power but not so similar in price that can still make clean reliable power I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. But you're gonna pay for a quality 6000+ watts IMO. I got my AQ20k for 1300 which is around 8k to 12k from clamps I have seen on the internet, but you can't believe everything on internet....... Say a 4k is 600 bucks, 2 2ks will be 700.
