Right way to screw your subs

So like the topic says do you put the screw on top if the rubber or do i pull the rubber a little to the side to put the screw i pull the rubber to the side but i just want to make sure i did it right i have the zv4's i did it that way because the rubber did not alighn with the holes in the basket in using spax screws thanks

i pull the rubber bacl and uses bolts and nuts if its a heavy sub

I used 3" lag screws. Each sub is 62lbs and my baffle is 3 layers thick

Mine don't have rubber for it so I just used washers to prevent any digging in and even pressure

Clip the shit out of it that should screw it good lol. Just pull the gasket off and realign it.

Whatever floats your bubble dude. Sometimes I switch it up. I can screw through the holes in the rubber just fine, but my large screws don't like to come out through the rubber. I'm going to try socket head cap screws next with the female machine thread end to hold it.
