This thing has no subsonic filter and it causes my sub to reach its max excursion or even pass its limits sometimes with inaudible frequencies with the same songs i usually play. i have observed this two times since i got this amp as compared to a prior mono i had in my system with the subsonic filter was set at 35hz. I never had such a problem before. Could i probably use a clarion mcd 360 or similar crossover for the purpose of its high pass channel which goes as low as 32hz and turn it up to 35hz for the desired effect?. In theory i believe it can work Has anyone tried this before?

I was just saying, a SSF/high pass set at 35, and lets say the average roll off of 12db, would make you cut off at (just a guess here) like 38-39 and down. Hell, my LOW PASS is set at 50 .... LOL..... Again, to each thier own...... Depending on which subwoofers he uses, a 35Hz subsonic with a rolloff of 12dB even 24dB would be perfect for his tuning. (still depending on what kind of loading the port/subwoofer get) Not everyone plays low music. Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
