Gotta rebuild wall. Need advice please

Well. Took me a long time to realize that my port area just isn't cutting it. Not even close. Need to at least double it haha crap

I am going to redo my wall and push it forward to just behind the b-pillar. As you can see from my original build, I didn't do a typical wall that involves gluing to the car etc.

This rebuild needs to be 100% removable without a trace. How do I accomplish this?

Do it the same way? Build the shell as big as you can, then do trim pieces. Lay down a fuck ton of tape and use expanding foam?

Youve got so much room. to truly do a wall you arent doing anything like a slid in slide out box like you have though.

Correct, sir. I don't know how to ensue that it is all removable without permanently damaging anything inside the car (well I can't help what bass causes but you get the idea)

Build it inside of the vehicle, bolt the bottom down first to an existing hole or something. Build up from that

You need a flush mount that covers all the way to the outside shell and follows the contours. Look at my build log that is what I did on my last wall and will do on the rebuild.

Thankyou for some good insight. I've never fully understood how boxes are built inside cars. How do you go about attaching each side?

Already stated that isn't possible as my box is the biggest possible to "slide" in.
