Miguels
it also cost way more to get recones for ti baskets you would be paying around $200 for a good drop in kit with CF dust cap my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
MACnonsence6
ya when i talked to psi they said 500 ish for a pair with red cones and cf caps. that was the reply when i asked for max power handling on a daily music set up so i figured for 800 ish i can get motors baskets and them built not to bad for what they are i dont think I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. Tonight should be good haha.

Yeah Ti baskets have about 10mm more rear clearance between the spider and top plate on the 12in and 15mm more on 15in and 18. You benefit more with a Ti basket when using 4in coil motors due to the 10in spiders ....8in spiders and 4in coils don't play well together 2000 Suburban 6 runs of 2/0 12 timpano audio mids,6 timpana audio tweets and 1 timpano compression horn per door 8 banks of blue Maxwells + 260ah of Yin Long LTOs 2 370 Amp Autotech Alts mids amps 2 Crescendo Skyway 3ks Tweet amp Crossfire 2000.4 sub amp: 4 Crossfire XT 8ks Subs: 8 18 in Crossfires in a 4th order Best Scores at events… 161.6@38hz DBdrag sealed on the dash… 162.54 outlaw…161.14 Meca headrest
