What i think is neat is that the 2013/2014 Ford GT500 (662 HP 631 TQ)  you don't pay gas guzzler tax because 6 speed manual, gear 4 is 1:1 ratio making 5th and 6th like a OD and double OD.  Granted the gears are taller then 1-4 (you can go 100 in 2nd)  but still......   dat EPA loophole (for lack of a better word)

that was on the short list of cars I was looking at before I bought my Z, just couldnt get over the 3900lbs.  IIRC the stock bottom end is good up to like 800-850rwhp, Im right around the limit of the LS7 at 730rwhp

Used to have a loud truck

2009 Corvette Z06, H/C/I, 150 shot, g force tune, 730rwhp/690rwtq

2013 F-150 limited, MPT Tune, leveled on 35"s

I hear ya.  it's heavy and doesn't handle as great as it could although they call it just a muscle car so whatever I guess.  That new 2017 Camaro ZL1 seems to be a triple threat, I bet its amazing as fuck to drive but I don't want to shell out 65k for a toy...i've thought about it though.............I wanna stick with one of the big 3 (not Mercedes etc.)  I was looking at the Dodge SRT8 Challenger 6.4l NA but its heavy as fuck too, and full size, again they call it a muscle car so it is what it is.  The 2017 Mustang GT V8 are not over priced for a 435 hp car plus they are not large bodied IMO, would be quick, but not fast.  I wish i would have kept my Cobra i had, but on the other hand newer cars are getting so much power these days WTH
