Man,took 5 pages for me to kinda get a picture of what's holding this project up!

Take out those 2 dam torx screws that only allow door to swing so far, now you have

ALL the room in the world to play with drilling a new hole&inserting a new grommet?

You have no reason to take off the door bro. Trust me when i say my accord looks way worse on space.

It hurt. it cut my hands. and i had to feel around for about 30 minutes to find the tips of my fingers on both sides… .once you find your fingers on both sides use the thing i told you earlier.

You got this man. Don't make me fly there and do it real quick. It will take longer to find your finger tips on both sides… Once you get that just lube that fucker to death and use a wire snake/ziptie/coat hanger.

Looks a lot like my focus, I cuts small hole in the grommet took a screw.and shoved it throw then crawled under the dash and moved the screw driver around until I could see it inside the car. I then took a coat hanger (took the end so it wasn't sharp) with the wires trapped to it and pulled/pushed it through keeping it line up with the screw driver. It was a pain in the ass. once I got the driver door done.the passenger door was easy.
