Stoddamx
Ok forget that .67 ohm with 4 d3100s. I am going to wire it at 1.5 ohms with 4 d3100s then I'll go lower with 6- 8 of them.
Cardboardcat15
No less than 4 G31's And lots of wire. Don't skimp on wire. My Channel on YouTube. john253a
I think minimum is the wrong word to use her Should be recommend And what you plane to do with the 10k will play just as much as the feed What volts do you plane to run as well Daily idd want more the a single 270amp alt Idd want at least 350amp of alt with 6x 3100 If you going bigger on batts and alt's then that would change
Dan2427
I was wired at 1.4 with a 250 amp alt and 5g31 and 1 g34 upfront on an aq20 and would drop to low 13s the lowest I seen was 12.7. I never had the electrical to wire down to meter but it was fine for daily IMO. I was tuned with dd1 at -5db. So if you wire up until your electrical is more stable and keep an eye on voltage you would be fine I think. Edit: I've heard the AQ20 isn't that efficient either. Never tested myself tho. Kyblack76
Minimal ? Fuck, you COULD run it on just the hood battery. Wanna use it for what you bought it for? Then get some bank. If it was me, i would get at the very least, 3 more G31`s. For a total of 5. 6-7 would be best. And allow you to wire down. My voltage holds OK. But, i also want to make power. When i want, i can get under 12v. But, i normally stay around battery rest. Into reserve after multiple wangs... 4-7500's 1-3400 Singer alt ive clamped 318amps hot So, around 900 amp hours, And theres times, i try to yank it all... Just dont be a retard. Set the gains proper, watch your voltage with a reliable meter, and most of all, KNOW YOUR gear and limits. EDIT - also, the B2 amps, dont like low impedance. Dan2427
Good info ^^^^ I remember seeing the b2 amp in the OP now. Sorry. I was gonna reference kyle's buddies build about low impedance of B2 amps just leave it at 1.5! No sense in wiring down and possibly losing an amp cause you don't wanna spend another 5-600 on batts I'm almost positive you don't wanna spend the money for a new amp! 2003 GMC Yukon Denali Alpine CDA 117 Redoing Mids/Highs 4 Runs of 1/0 Knukonceptz 2+, 2- 4 Deka 9A31's in back (Stock underhood) 250 amp Alt.
