CleanSierra Posted February 13, 2014 Report Posted February 13, 2014 The saying is," if there is a will, there is a way". Good luck, I'm down to see pictures of the building process. I hope you end up able to fit it in the trunk, and I hope you can hear Bass over all the rattle you'll generate Post pictures when you get started Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
Joe X Posted February 13, 2014 Report Posted February 13, 2014 If there's a way there's a will. In. Havin it. Done. Post your max dimensions for a box, in some cases it can be done right.
P4killer_ Posted February 13, 2014 Report Posted February 13, 2014 You could do a sloped face on the box if it wouldnt fit vertically. I mean with a more elaborate design you could make anything fit. it might not be ideal tho. what car again? CleanSierra Posted February 14, 2014 Report Posted February 14, 2014 We know you have a 94 Accord Ex. That doesn't tell us how much room you have. You'll need to take a take measure and snap some measurements. You also have to keep in mind of the dimensions you gone us can fit THROUGH the trunk opening. If not, you'll have to build in the trunk. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
sbg Posted February 14, 2014 Report Posted February 14, 2014 I have fired a 18" sub up in the trunk, also a pair of SQ 2.5 15s up in the trunk. Both setups slammed and sounded good INSIDE. But out side was a vary bad rattle. Super bad! Only down side that I had was they sounded good with windows down. If windows were up it didn't hit as hard at all. You can do it but your better off with some 12s. And not all the bs that goes with doing this kinda build. 01 focus se 110 amp alt Big 3 sky high and stinger hpm ofc 1/0 Super start platinum AGM (starting) 2 runs of 1/0 Execution audio front to back Kenwood double DIN DDx271 A pillars- orion 4" super tweeter and 2-1" alpines.
