ParDeus
Got 7k? I might have sold it, but I also have a widebore (4.5" borespace, designed by my shop), billet block, 9deg heads, complete. Give me 16k and I'll give you a warranty. Btw, I can ship an engine for less than $200.
Dwn4BassAlan
If I had money for an engine like that, I'd do it. But since colleges are practically corporations now, I can't. If you have any deals on 383 blocks alone I might be able to do that though. Everytime I see a guy driving a mini cooper I cant help but think he loves cock & (2/29/16)-My wife just bitched at me about throwing out things we don't really use. My response of well we don't really use your vagina so should we throw that out was evidently not the right response. I had to leave the room. I missed Alan. RIP 5/29/15 - I love you son. S15_Silvia
All I say is don't do it to please others, including and especially the 'old school guys.' Why build it to make someone else happy? 2016 Subaru BRZ | Sony XAV-AX100 | Rockford Fosgate DSM 4080 & DSM 40ix | On 6/6/2012 at 6:32 PM, 'LZTYBRN' said: 3. ParDeus
I have some good 010 blocks, and some Dart SHP 350 & 4000 main stuff. I can probably build you a 525hp 383 that runs on 87 for less than $4000. If you go a different route, I have more engine parts than you can imagine... I have some Crower Severe Duty bushed roller lifters for a SBC, I'll take $200. They're $1700 new, lol. I agree with the above post, do what YOU want. And if you want a decision made for you, I'll garauntee you'll love some of my ideas. I recently built a 57 Chevy, Art Morrison chassis, NEW stamped body, twin turbo LS7. Not one factory part. It won Super Chevy 1st place overall, nationally. (Can be bought today for the low, low price of $425,000.99)

But the engine in there now, that is what I want to sell so I also wanted opinions on that one, which is technically for others I guess.
