Like cut some 6" PVC in half length ways to get half circle pieces. Just thinking that the smoother transition could help more over 45s. There was a on here 321bass or something like that used sono tube cut down for his corners. I was going to do the same when i built mine but just used 45's. New build coming........ Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it.
