john253a Posted March 9, 2014 Report Posted March 9, 2014 are you getting a sa8v2 or do thou have a sa8v2? big difference one the coils are predetermined other you chose to suit you amp here is how i would chose what to do if you never plane to add another sub order d2 and you'll have either 1 or 4ohm final if you plane on to add another sub get d4 but with the exception if you plane to buy an amp you use on another system latter get d4 or d2 depending on the amp you like are you set on sa8v2 if your on a budget system look at the e8 or even going bigger like to a 10" up
