newls1 Posted March 31, 2014 Report Share Posted March 31, 2014 Just looked at my counties local protocols for IV administration and at MOST (and this would be for a trauma pt) would be allowed 4000mL (4l) over a 24hr time span chased with 2 allowable bags of Type "O" blood.... 8 bags...
