I got the xs battery and I think it was the 586 posts (they're both the same size) and my terminals that are connected to the battery cables are two different sizes positive is slightly bigger so you don't put it on the negative.

I know what he is talking about.

The positive stud is always larger on the stock batteries. So the stock terminal is usually too big for aftermarket batts. Won't tighten. I had the same problem.

Best bet is to get terminals that will fit the XS studs.

I just cut all the leads, and did the EYELET thing........
