JP-12 Posted April 2, 2014 Report Posted April 2, 2014 So I put in my xs battery today and I have to buy new terminals because the pos. terminal didn't fit. Where would be a good place to look for terminals all I could find were these kind: http://m.autozone.com/autozone-mobile/en/accessories/NOCO-Top-post-battery-terminal-end/_/N-25hn?id=166222 and I don't think id be able to run 2 more 1/0 wires off this type of terminal, or can I?

JP-12 Posted April 2, 2014 Author Report Posted April 2, 2014 I got the xs battery and I think it was the 586 posts (they're both the same size) and my terminals that are connected to the battery cables are two different sizes positive is slightly bigger so you don't put it on the negative.

Amart88 Posted April 2, 2014 Report Posted April 2, 2014 I know what he is talking about. The positive stud is always larger on the stock batteries. So the stock terminal is usually too big for aftermarket batts. Won't tighten. I had the same problem. Best bet is to get terminals that will fit the XS studs. Something like this style may work. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_36370_Xscorpion-BTRG.html My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.
