I also have a neighbor that does great work, but he is usually pretty busy. I won't be doing anything for a while since I had knee surgery and can't even kneel down right now. It looks like he makes nice enclosures that are very clean. He was on twistedchild420s channel, he was the guy on there that had a walled off dually with 8 12s.
