n8ball2013 Posted May 20, 2014 Report Posted May 20, 2014 I cut one baffle at a time if you are using a jasper jig you can stsck all your baffles amd drill your pilot hole all at once. tacomaguy1 Posted May 20, 2014 Report Posted May 20, 2014 yeah...drill your pilot hole all the way through, cut from both sides I think I've done 1.5" baffle with a 1" bit before though can't remember what size bit I have but it BARELY made it through Team Flex Issues
