techaninna
I'm 6'2 used to weigh 327lb and now i'm down to 202 with around 13% body fat. Eating small meals works I eat anywhere between 250 - 300 calories every 2 to 3 hours. Balanced meals, when I say balanced I mean 35% of calories come from carbs 45% protein and 10% from good fats. The main thing though I have learned is stay away from processed sugars. HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the way to go as well, because it works. 15 minutes of interval training is as effective as 60 minutes of normal training. Again I am no expert but through trial and error and a ton of research I have found what works best for me. If your heart can take it ECA stack is the only supplementing that worked for me. By the way keep us updates on your experiment. Rebuild coming soon

I end up feeling like shit for a couple hours after eating fast food...unless it's taco hell, then it is feeling shitty for the rest of the day. Amalan
i heard your mind is 10 minutes behind your stomach so when you eat you get full before you know it. and its true. i was at work and halfway through my lunch i got pulled aside by a customer. when i was done with the customer its been like 15 minutes and i was full. didnt go back and finish. so now i order around what i had that day and i feel hungry still when "done" eating but 10 minutes later i feel fine and dont feel bloated. so less portions. wait a little and see if your hungry or not. startin to work for me... also cut back on the beer. very fatening (sp) i think this is true as well which is why if you eat slowly you will get full quicker and so you dont have excess food being turned into fat which will eventually make you lose weight. trainman0978
Another good tip to prevent over eating. Alot of times as you eat, if you pay attention to your body while you eat, you will notice at some point around or just past eating about half your food or a almost clean plate ( you get the idea I hope ) your body will take a deep breathe, with a "sigh" breathing out. This is your body telling you that it is stretching the stomach lining so you can continue pigging out at the buffet. This is when you stop eating. You might feel hungry, but just take a break from the fork and after a few minutes you will start to feel full. Eat no more. Binge eating will stop after a few meals of following this habit. Your body will still sigh, but you will immediately feel full as you breathe out. It is like anything else, a habit turns into a lifestyle, and a lifestyle changes. 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser Voo Doo Blue my upgrades and "build" thread.
