pervitizm
17 lbs lost and counting for me. P90x ab workout is shaving a few inches off of my waist. Running and walking plus eating less. I still need to shead a few more lbs. I went out of town for a few days and didn't do any working out, but yesterday walked a couple of miles at work and today will do the same plus maybe some weights. Glad you are seeing results. In your opinion is that P90 workout tapes worth the cost? I keeps seeing those informercials on it and I'm not sure if I want to spend the money. Beside I'm a good 5 months into the gym and I can tel you that I'm still not physically ready yet for that P90 workout. 2007 Chevy Suburban LT1 Pioneer AVH 5700 DVD Diamond Audio D3 6 1/2 components Kicker 06ZX650.4 amp Kicker 06ZX2500.1 (x 2) DC Sound Lab Level 4 18's with Level 5 coils Autotek Mean Machine 400.1D (replaced) Soon to come: rims body kit flow master pipes Confuscious say "he who say it can't be done shouldn't be bothering man busy doing it" Now feel free to go crawl back under that rock and leave this to the professionals.... Thumpper
my parents got into Herbalife in 1980....... ""Lose Weight Now Ask Me How"" and all that crap..... I have seen hundreds of their customers loose weight and succeed and about 50X that many give up with in the first few weeks I take my hat off to anyone who can successfully loose alot of weight and keep it off I'll never forget Norman Grignard...he lost about 500lbs in just over a year ..it was the most amazing thing I have ever seen My Install
