I like that a vendor is willing to go the extra length and be reached directly for questions. But I also agree that a question such as this one should be answered publicly so we can all benefit from that little bit of knowledge.

I'd like to know just for general knowledge..i dont wanna have to call people to find out the answers, i come on here to find out info. Its nice he calls him but it be nice for the public to know also.

A lot depends on application power an what your trying to achieve .. Some spiders break in fully over times others remain stiff

but so would i just get tighter bass then or what? more accurate?? wouldnt that make excursion harder on for the sub?

Maybe cause it's not a simply yea or no answer. There's several different scenarios. So instead of cluttering a post with back and forth messages by 2 party's, it's better to talk directly to the person asking the question.
