the weight in this car will make it cry and beg for mercy lol. Reminds me of my blow through....what kind of suspension are you putting in lol

x2 on this... I ordered coilover suspension with custom coils from BC Racing, based on how much weight I expect to have

Already has air bags with me in it as well as the wall so far it does not go down at all. I weight 240 so more than the rest of the build and Carbon I dont think he actually weighs anything so he should be fine LOL

Glad to see the car in capable hands, do work Sir.

Thank you kind Sir! Will keep on keeping on!

That shit looks plenty strong! It's purdy and I like it!

All that matters is that it is purdy right? LOL Thanks.

More updates coming up!

Here are some more updates that should get us to where we stand today. From here there will only be updates during the week as I work on it on the weekends only.

Filled the screw holes

Sanded the rage and test fit the baffle.

The fiberglass was added. Decided to use 8.7 oz cloth tape 8 inches wide and do 2 layers everywhere.

Crap just realized I did not get any pics of after the side walls were done. Oh well the next pics are after sanding and another coat of resin.

So what is on the agenda for tonight is to see if it is smooth enough to rage (Carbon did the last sanding and resin coat) if not good enough I will resand and recoat then rage and smooth. Put in the port walls and make the port hole through the baffle. Then paint the insides and port. Hoping to get at least up to painting this weekend but can't rush, gotta be smooth and purdy.

Ended up sanding a bit more and then built the port and raged inside oh man that was some serious work.

As you can see below the last coat of resin after sanding just was not good enough.
