IH8PunkRok
So long story short my car was leaking oil. I did not notice. Went to drag strip. Did 7 1/8th mile passes. A few days later drove 68 miles home, worked on build, drove 68 miles back. Next day *knock* Fucked my car Talk with Dad, think its the rear main seal. Turns out it was the front. Either way nasty knock. Metal in the oil. Engine fuxored. Need a new one. $3100. Woo hoo. Also no upgrades... I cannot tell you how tempting it is to install a new cam and shorties while the engine is out. BUT with lack of money comes lack of fun so... yeah. Good show. -Matt2005 Dodge Magnum RTJVC KD-AVX1 2 PPI S580.2 Obsidian Audio ST1 Horn Tweeters PRV 8MB450s Audio Legion 3500.1D 2 RE MT 18s 360 ah LiFePO4 BatterySHCA 2/0 155.2 @ 29 hzKicker CVR 15's buildDD 3512e buildMini T-Line Build(6) 8s BuildNightshade 15s Wall BuildMagnum AB XFL 12s BuildNewest Magnum Build

IH8PunkRok
New engine has been installed and I have had my car back for about two weeks. So far it is running well which is good. So back to modding. Put my Nexus 7 in my dash. Lets go shall we? Anyone that does this I really recommend using a cardboard piece for your work station. It bends very nicely when you want to release the mold Unfortunately while fiddling with the tablet to release it from the mold I cracked my screen $50 for a new display though so I'm not too torn up about it Now one may ask "why would you cut the middle of your tablet mount out?" Well the answer is simple. Location, location, relocation... of my a/c controls that is Look at the next picture. The bottom is for the a/c controls the top is for the head unit. The HU and tablet will fit in the area keeping the lower pocket IF the a/c controls go away. Now I am not one to just delete things, especially if they work, but I also do not use it often so I shoved it in the dash. So now if I want to turn on the a/c all I have to do is pop out the tablet, fiddle with the a/c, and place tablet back in. Bit of an idea how it will look (and yes I know the top is crooked) So now I was faced with cutting the dash.... but then I thought "well i cut the pillars and fucked the engine so... fuck it!" and that is where it sits now. Waiting for glue to dry so I can see how I like it where it is and all that fun stuff. check back later for more -Matt2005 Dodge Magnum RTJVC KD-AVX1 2 PPI S580.2 Obsidian Audio ST1 Horn Tweeters PRV 8MB450s Audio Legion 3500.1D 2 RE MT 18s 360 ah LiFePO4 BatterySHCA 2/0 155.2 @ 29 hzKicker CVR 15's buildDD 3512e buildMini T-Line Build(6) 8s BuildNightshade 15s Wall BuildMagnum AB XFL 12s BuildNewest Magnum Build
aculous
damn! yea mine has 107K on the clock and I have been looking at machine shops to get s rotating assembling in it. But with a $4k transmission I just put in it I am going to try and make the motor last as long as I can before I do any real work to it.

starkey814
I like the way the AC controls are tucked away behind everything.
Robert8252
Just my .02. I would probably have the stereo hidden and the HVAC controls exposed. Especially if you have steering wheel controls.
