Krakin
Would be interesting to see how one of those life dummy with all the sensors or whatever did in a 80+ vehicle. Krakin's Home Dipole Project http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/186153-krakins-dipole-project-new-reciever-in-rockford-science/#entry2772370 Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist? I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . . What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself but what has drawn your attention in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears, thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener. OrionStang
They could fuck a person up pretty good and possibly kill someone. The environment would cause damage to internal organs. I don't know how long it would take for permanent or fatal damage, but id say it would 'hurt' right away. philrab
I used to work as an aircraft mechanic/fueled/ramp handler in military, private, and commercial aviation. Closest thing I can think of to sitting inside some of these record breaking cars played in anger is getting jet blasted by a very large aircraft (force/decibels). I can definitely see serious injury depending on the length of exposure. First damage will be soft tissues, ear drums and eye balls. 2015 Toyota Tacoma Build Thread 2007 Mazda 3; 5000K HID's, Kenwood Excelon KDC-X997, Infinity Reference 6.5 comps in front and coaxials in the rear doors, JL 320.4 four channel, Rab Designs built ported enclosure with an SA12, Kenwood monoblock, Redline Leater shift boot/e-brake boot/center console cover, JBR short shifter/shifter bushings/rear motor mount. Cobb
I know true tv isnt true, but they had an episode of lizard lick towing that reminds me this thread. Dude with car that was going to be repo locked the guy inside and cranked up the custom radio system. He claimed to be deaf for a few hours afterwards. 2010 Honda Insight Eco Modded + PHEV 1995 Suzuki Sidekick 4wd 5 speed LJX
