repooc
CC Audio your are the man. I can wire up just about anything and know Ohms law and all that stuff but I am also aware that wiring this thing up wrong will make the magic smoke come out and I never learned how to put that back in. Thank you for your help. I think I am going to recone it because of that 60 hz Fs. reconing to a dual 2 ohm would help it's daily life and I'll see what Dave can get out of this beast. Quiet
Single 15 6th order This is my kind of build. In 4 vids 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.

MADVIBES
Btw. That audio ban was made by daichi. It's a good sub with a beefy 4 layer long aluminum voice coil. This will sound good tuned low. This sub was built long before audiobahn went super china. I think it's going to be nasty. repooc
Going to upgrade to an 18" now. Thinking I want a 4" voice coil woofer. I know this will start some shit but who makes the best 18" with a 4" VC? I'm going to put it in a 2+/1 6th order with the back ported to 32-30 hz and the front ported around 60 hz. Double wall everything and prob some turnbuckles or cool bent tube for bracing. I'm thinking the back will be around 6-7 cu ft and front will be 14+ cu ft. It should be nasty. Let me know you hypothesis, opinions or just bitch at me for only doing one The SUPER DUTYThe Hair TrickerThe Battle 8s MyTube on YouTube
