If a car doesn't come with rear DOOR speakers, will it have the hole?

My Camry (1999) doesn't have any speakers in the rear DOOR and I am wanting to add a third set of 6.5 speakers into my car and the only place I can think of is throw them in the rear door. Does the rear door have a hole where I can just mount in the set of speakers?

Right now I have front door + rear deck speakers.

do other camrys have them and if so it might have a hole but you might need a speaker adapter to fit it one person to ask is slayer he is a camry nut

My guess is you should be able to see if theirs a hole in the door panels

If not even if their space the panels would block the sound

Unless you do some modification to the door panels

Yea Just checked once you see you might get some ideas on how to do it

Even if theirs not a space for the speakers you might have a place where to put an adapter to the door

Also like you said your willing to cut a hole in the panels you might be able to adapt the speaker to the panel instead of the door

If there isn't a hole in the door, you can easily cut a hole and mount a MDF spacer to it in case the hole isn't perfectly round to fit the speaker, and do like you said about cutting a hole in the door panel and mounting a speaker grill to it.

No rear speaker holes in the 97-01 models. Front doors, read deck, and front tweet spots

if there is a option to have a speaker in the location it will be there regardless of what model/option you have... reason being that the manufacturer will not make a die specifically for one or the other. they will undoubtedly have if for the option of having the speaker and be void if that option isnt selected-

Rear fill is pointless IMO.

Just put those extra 6.5s in the front doors. You'll be much happier

I like my rear factory speakers. They have good mid bass and compliment my front components nicely.
